Is Nicequest Legit? A Review Of Nicequest.
There is such an abundance of these survey related sites out there and it can sometimes be difficult to assess which are worth your time – if any!
So, what’s the deal with Nicequest? Does this stand out from the rest?
Fed up of making peanuts online? Try this instead!
What is Nicequest About?
Nicequest is another paid survey-site, alongside hundreds of others online.
If you’re familiar with survey-sites, then you already know the deal. You complete surveys on a variety of topics and get a small reward for your time each time you complete one.
Often the reward comes in the form of points, that you can exchange for giftcards, products, or cash.
In this case, “Shells,” are the currency. These shells are points that can be exchanged for products of your choice.

Getting Started With Nicequest:
Anyone above the age of 14 is able to sign up here and the sign up process quick to get through… once you can actually join.
The main issue is, is that sign up is by invitation only!
This is very rare for this type of site and may make it less appealing to many.
With so many websites that you can join in an instant, this would seem somewhat of a drawback.
Unless of course, it’s worth it! But I’m not convinced that it is.
So, how do you get in? Well, they do sometimes run sweepstake draws, or you could potentially gain an invite if you follow them on social media. Their partners also give out invites.
Once you do finally get an invite, signing up is simple.
As with most sites like this, the first survey you’ll complete will allow them to find out a bit more about you and should help you receive surveys get matched to you.
When you sign up, you also get a bonus of 40 shells.
Completing Surveys With Nicequest:
Once you have received your invite, signed up and completed your profile – you will then need to wait for surveys to be sent directly into your email inbox.
The amount of surveys you receive will vary… But it could be as little as 3 per month!
I far prefer a survey site with an actual dashboard that you can login to, (Such as Swagbucks). That way you can see all the surveys available and do them at your leisure.
However, these surveys are meant to match your interests a bit more successfully than some other survey-sites.
Although, that really won’t be much of a perk, if you’re hardly getting any!
How Much Can You Make With Nicequest?
Like many other survey sites, these guys have their own points based system and currency, (shells).
For each survey you complete, you earn a certain number of shells and you can then exchange these for gifts of your choosing.
What I found was unique about Nicequest, was that the choice of gifts on offer is massive.
It’s not just a selection of gift code options, but anything from Toys, electronics, home items, beauty products and much more.
Additional Perks?
Once you’re a member here, you could be asked to partake in their “premium respondent program.”
To do so, you need to install software on to your phone, PC, or tablet. Although you can uninstall at any time.
Just for installing this software, you can make an additional 100 shells. Although, in reality, this only means about $1 in value.
You will also be able to gain entries into prize draws, for things such as ipads or mobile phones.
Nicequest Complaints:
Reviews from customers are both good and bad, but the bad ones seem to focus largely on the length of time is can take to qualify for any rewards, as well as problems processing rewards and customer service issues.
The complaint below makes a good point… they claim that their Amazon $10 giftcard was marked as “unavailable,” for months. While the $20 Amazon giftcard remained available.
Since these giftcards are nothing but gift codes that are sent out by email, it’s just nonsense that they would be unavailable.
You can read the complaint in detail below.
PROS VS CONS
Pros
- Huge gift catalogue.
- Mobile App available on IOS and android.
CONS
- You need an invite to join.
- No referral program.
- Highly limited surveys, it could take many months to redeem your shells for gifts.
- You can redeem gifts when you have $5 worth of shells.
Nicequest: Scam Or Legit?
I personally wouldn’t recommend you waste your time on this one.
Not only do you have to seek out an invitation before you even begin, but then you have to wait for surveys to be sent to you and there just aren’t enough sent out for it to be worthwhile.
Nicequest have faced some fairly harsh criticism – including questioning their honesty when it comes to rewards and ignoring customer complaints.
I don’t feel that Nicequest is a complete scam, but their legitimacy is questionable when you consider how few surveys are actually sent out.
Additionally, it’s odd that certain lower-value giftcards can remain unavailable months at a time, for no logical reason.
Have you had any experience with Nicequest? Whether good or bad, I’d love to hear from you. Please me a comment below!
If you’re looking for the best survey-related site to make a little extra pocket money, Swagbucks is in my top spot, (feel free to ask me to check out your personal favourite!).

i have had a recent bad experience with them. last night i could not reset my password after MANY tries! even though i re-typed all characters correctly as required, “Both fields don’t match” kept showing up! eventually i got no more emails to try again, and NEVER a response for help when i made several requests! now i have lost my remaining shells for all this crap! it really is not worth my time anyway, since the surveys are so scarce therefore taking a ridiculous amount of time to earn enough for the cheapest rewards. i’m done. i can’t even unsubscribe since i can’t fix my login! they definitely have the wrong name.

Thanks for sharing Debra – had you managed to withdraw anything successfully before? It definitely has a good fair share of negative reviews. Thanks for leaving a comment!
