Maximiles Review – Can This Reward Site Make You Money?
Recently I reviewed another survey panel that recommended a small selection of other survey websites online.
Despite signing up to and reviewing hundreds of related websites, I hadn’t reviewed Maximiles, although I recognized the same.
Review In Brief:
Earning Opportunity: pocket money/gift cards.
Overall Verdict: Legit. I was pretty impressed by the number of cashback options here. You do need a lot of points to redeems rewards, but if you do a lot of your shopping online, this could still be worth doing.

What Is Maximiles & How Does It Work?
This survey panel is suitable for Europeans to join, who reside in the UK, France, Spain, or Italy. You need to be 14 or over to join, so it’s a good option for young teens who would like to make a little online.
You can earn points in a variety of ways… but the most popular will be surveys and cashback. Once you have made enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.
Unlike many sites, they have a large variety of rewards available, including a choice of gift related items. So, there appears more choice than many sites.
Although, it will still take you quite a considerable amount of time to accumulate points, depending on how often you sign in and use the website.
Downloading the App could make it easier for you to earn rewards, (and to remember!).
Signing up Is Quick And Simple To Do:
Step 1/ Enter your email address, (I recommend having a separate email for survey panels).
Step 2/ Fill out some basic details, including address and date of birth. For 25 extra points, you can also subscribe to their email list.
Step 3/ Confirm your email address.
Step 4/ Choose a way to start earning points – whether via surveys, cashback, referring others, or watching videos.
The most popular way to start earning points for many people would be surveys. However, you can often earn more from cashback and I was surprised to see over 600 stores available.
You can also earn a decent chunk for signing up to certain websites and offers. For example; you can earn 700 points for signing up for an Audible free trial with Amazon.
How Much Can You Make On Maximiles?
What struck me, is that you do need a lot of points for rewards.
This is normal via reward sites, but this one in particular did seem very high.
For example; if I wanted to earn enough points to get the animated movie CoCo on DVD, (highly recommended to me by my Mum by the way 😀 ….) I would need 3,200 points.
How quickly could I earn this? Well, certainly, this depends on how much you’re going to use this website.
What I will say positively, is that there are SO many ways to use rewards, that you seem to be able to redeem them for most stores you can think of online.
You can even use them for Tesco direct. I personally use Tesco direct and you earn 4 points per pound. Say you spend around £100 a week on your online shopping, that would make you 400 points.
So, you would have to spend around £800 at Tesco, prior to earning enough for the DVD. I guess you could say, it’s better that nothing…..
BUT: this is only a single shop.
How many times do you shop during the week? If your someone who could regularly use their App and also shop frequently online, then you would be able to redeem a lot of points more quickly.
If you want to find out how to make the most points on the site, they have a “BIG POINTS,” tab at the top of the screen.
Without a doubt, you’re going to make more money from completing cashback and offers with Maximiles, but many people also enjoy answering paid surveys.
Before you can receive the surveys, you are asked to complete your profile section. For every section of your profile that you complete, you earn 25 points.
There are 20 different sections to complete here, so it’s very thorough and will take you sometime to do.
There are no surveys available on the actual platform and you need to wait for surveys to be sent to you.
What Do Other People Say About Maximiles?
Maximiles appears to have some pretty positive feedback online overall, which is good to see.
At the time of writing, they have 4 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot and over 300 reviews.
Reviewers say it’s simple to accumulate points and that you receive your reward quickly after you have redeemed your points.
Some reviewers have also claimed they have experienced fewer screen outs with Maximiles, (this is where a survey throws you off prior to completing a survey).
This is so common and one of the most frustrating aspects of these sites, so it’s positive to read this.
Maximiles almost has 4 stars via Survey Police also…. However, there were also far fewer reviews, (only 6 vs over 300).
Another positive sign is that I can see Maximiles usually respond to negative reviews. This is important, as they will be able to defend themselves against negative reviews, especially when what is being said is incorrect, or misinformed.
They are also showing that they care about their members and their reputation.
PROS VS CONS OF MAXIMILES
- Reports say they have less screening out issues in comparison to some sites.
- Free to join.
- Very large selection of rewards.
- Huge number of stores where you can generate cashback.
- Lots of positive feedback from members.
- Useful App
- It will take a long time to redeem points, unless you are using plenty of cashback offers.
- The site looks a little dated, in comparison to the big players, like Swagbucks.
Maximiles Review Conclusion – Can You Really Make Money Here?
Yes you can! Despite appearances, this website does provide a lot of opportunities to make & save money online.
It will take a lot of time to accumulate enough points for rewards, but if you do shop a lot online and will make use of the various offers available regularly, then it will be a lot faster for you.
I haven’t seen too many sites like this available in the UK and I was pleased to see lots of well-known brands and household names on their cashback list.
Also, if you’re looking to make points quickly, they make it easy for you to check out their BIG POINTS list.
I was pleasantly surprised by this site and they have enough variety here for people to make some decent savings online & earn rewards.
Beyond Reward Sites Online…. What More?
If you’re fed up of just making a few extra savings here and there and actually need a decent sum of money for your efforts, then online survey panels and reward sites are not the best option.
While some people may brag about making hundreds online from doing surveys – making any reasonable money with surveys would be incredibly time-consuming and any work you put in today, won’t pay off in the future…
You’re just exchanging your time for money and very little money at that.
You’ll be lucky to make a couple of dollars per hour, if that.
I make the most online from having a couple of different blogs and primarily I earn from them by recommending products or services, although you can also earn from things such as paid advertising, or sponsored posts.
